LabsDirect is an online test supplier of home lab tests, providing our customers with the privacy they need to discreetly take a test at home, with the added confidence of knowing that their results will be securely processed by a certified laboratory. Based in London, we offer our patients a range of accurate STI, DNA, Allergy, Fingerprick and Rapid Diagnostic home test kits, delivered discreetly to your door within a few days.

We have established relationships with various UK-based certified laboratories, each specialists in their own fields, to provide home lab test kits to the public. The quality assurance programs our labs have in place ensure that all samples they receive are tested twice, to ensure a high level of accuracy. Our partner labs are accredited by the relevant governing bodies in their fields, including the AABB, the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 and the Quality Management Group (QMG).

All our tests require prior consent for the test to be carried out for legal reasons, which is why all of our test kits include a collection form which needs to be signed by every applicant before submitting their test sample to our partner laboratories. It is a punishable offense to pose as another person when submitting test samples to a laboratory for testing.

All information submitted to us by our customers is completely confidential, and we will never pass our customers’ information on to a third party, in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
