All tests will by supplied and dispatched by Hexpress Healthcare Ltd and/or its partner laboratories, pursuant to an online order placed on our website.

2. Price

The price for each test is visibly displayed on the site before an order is placed.

3. Delivery Cost

We do not charge extra for standard delivery. Special delivery incurs an additional fee. For further information on delivery options, click here.

4. Payment

We accept the following debit/credit cards: Visa/Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Cash payments can be made using our online PayCash service (where available).

5. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your LabsDirect.com order up to the point when your test is dispatched. Refunds are offered in certain circumstances only, at the discretion of the Company.
