Delivery Information

We understand that you want to receive your tests as soon as possible, for your peace of mind. That is why we have endeavoured to make our online ordering process as simple and effective as possible for you. We have partnered with Royal Mail to provide you with two simple, straightforward delivery options that you can select at checkout.

All test orders include free standard delivery with Royal Mail by default, with the additional option for you to choose our paid next-day delivery service on selected test kits. Please find specific test delivery information below.

STI, DNA and Rapid Diagnostic Test Delivery Information

For all STI, DNA and Rapid Diagnostic Test packs, free Standard Delivery or the additional option of paid Special (next-day) Delivery is available.

Health and Allergy Test Delivery Information

For all Health and Allergy Test packs, free Standard Delivery is available.

These delivery times apply to all orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm during the week or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Standard Delivery

With Royal Mail's Standard Delivery service, you can be assured that you will receive your test within two to three working days, from the day you place your order. Free standard delivery is included on all orders placed at LabsDirect.

Special Delivery

Royal Mail's Special Delivery service ensures that you will receive your test the very next day, within 24 hours of placing your order. Royal Mail delivers to all destinations across the UK.

Packaging

We understand the sensitive nature of ordering a test online, which is why we take great measures to ensure that no mention of LabsDirect or your test is made anywhere on the external package.

All of our tests are discreetly placed inside a plain Royal Mail delivery envelope, with only your name and address, a tracking number and a return address on the package.
